How do deposits work?

We require a 35% deposit to secure your suite. Deposits are fully transferable within 48 hours’ notice.

Do you offer sensitive-skin guarantees?

Yes. If sensitivity flares within 48 hours, our artisans provide a complimentary soothing ritual.

Can rituals be customised further?

Always. Enhancements may be added à la carte and pricing will be confirmed before your ritual begins.

Do you travel for events?

Yes, our Celestial Atelier travels worldwide. Bespoke travel fees apply and are quoted after consult.
